The Recruitment Process

Client Briefing

We react quickly to client requests and most hiring requirements can be clarified over the phone, but whenever possible we like to meet our clients in person in order to understand your business better. We want to know as much as possible about your business, corporate culture and personnel requirements so that we can find you the best possible candidates.

Candidate Search

We consider our most valuable resource to be the wealth of industry knowledge accrued by our senior recruitment consultants. Over many years they have built up an extensive network of IT professional contacts. We can draw upon this to find exceptional candidates who are not always found on some of the over-used 3rd party commercial databases on the market.

In contract recruitment, reaction speed is critical. Our seasoned recruitment consultants can often get a head start by being able to recall potential candidates from memory alone. This skill only comes with experience but gives us an edge and enables us to react quickly in sending out good quality CVs within our target period of 24-48 hours. Of course we do also employ technology and innovative search methods to find those hard to find and elusive candidates.

Shortlist

Our structured interviewing, qualification and screening process enables us to submit the very best candidates for each role. In most instances, we will send no more than 2-3 candidates per role. These candidates will have been carefully selected to ensure maximum compatibility with the skills and experience required for the position.

Interview and Hiring

We make sure that we stay in close contact with both client and candidate throughout the interview and hiring process. This process ensures that both parties’ expectations are managed and we are quickly at hand to resolve any queries.

Support and Relationship Management

After a successful placement, we adhere to a relationship management service, staying in regular contact with all parties to ensure a smooth transition into the new role and to be aware of any potential issues at an early stage.
